Custom delivery times

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you about our modified opening hours and delivery days in December:

• We still deliver on 23 December, but subject to availability from our carrier.
• From 24 December to 2 January, deliveries are not possible.
• During this period we can be reached by phone and e-mail, except on 25 December, 26 December and 1 January. We will be completely closed on these days.

Why these changes?
Besides the holidays, we also use this period to carry out underlying maintenance and optimise our processes. By doing so, we want to further improve our service and serve you even better in the new year.

We ask for your understanding for this temporary adjustment and advise you to place your orders as early as possible to avoid any disruptions.
